Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your stay with us. By making a reservation, you agree to the terms below.
1. Reservation & Payment
A valid credit card is required to confirm your booking.
A deposit of 50% may be required at the time of booking depending on the rate and season.
Remaining balance is payable upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
Rates are per room, per night, and include VAT and applicable local taxes unless stated.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Free cancellation is allowed up to 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation made 7-14 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or no-shows: Full deposit is non-refundable.
3. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time: From 15:00
Check-out time: By 12:00
Late check-out between 12:00-18:00 will be charged 50% of the daily rate.
Check-out after 18:00 is charged as a full day. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
4. Cleaning & Linen
Daily cleaning is included.
Bed linen and towels are changed upon every 2nd day or upon request.
Towels on the floor will be replaced; towels on the rack will be reused in line with our substainability efforts.
If you wish your linen to be changed, please let us know.
5. Key Cards
Lost or unreturned key cards incur a €50 replacement fee.
6. Liability & Personal Belongings
The hotel bears no responsibility for any lost or stolen personal belongings.
Safe-deposits are available in rooms. Guests are responsible for securing valuables.
Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay and may be charged accodingly.
7. Payment Methods
We accept cash, credit, debit cards, bank transfer & Paypal.
8. Smoking & Pets
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms.
Pets are allowed upon agreement in advance.
9. Events & Group Bookings
Large group stays or event bookings may require separate contracts and cancellation terms. These will be communicated clearly during the booking process.
10. Use of Website & Links
Our website may contain links to third-party sites (e.g. climbing guides, activity providers). We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or policies.
